- The main structure is manufactured from medical-grade aluminum-magnesium alloy and 304 stainless steel, providing excellent strength, durability, and corrosion resistance for clinical environments.
- The aluminum-magnesium alloy components feature an anodized surface treatment, ensuring a lightweight structure while facilitating easy cleaning and disinfection.
- The lifting column is constructed from high-quality No. 45 steel linear shaft material and is equipped with all-metal upper and lower covers for enhanced durability and stability.
- The IV pole features a dual-hook symmetrical design made of stainless steel, allowing secure suspension of infusion bags and fluid containers.
- The hooks support horizontal extension adjustment up to 30 mm and provide a height adjustment range of 1550–2250 mm with a total lifting travel of 700 mm (±20 mm tolerance).
- The lifting mechanism is capable of smoothly raising and lowering loads up to 10,000 cc (10 kg), ensuring reliable performance during clinical use.
